Black creatives and Apple allies planned the Black Unity apple watch Sport Band to celebrate and recognize black history and culture. Motivated by the colors of the Pan-African flag, it pays homage to the rich tradition and craftsmanship of quilting. Three individual pieces of colored fluoroelastomer are hand assembled and compression molded into one piece. Apple Launches Limited Edition Apple Watch Series Black Unity

The Black Unity Apple Watch Series 6 can already be ordered in the Apple Store for 429 Euros. The Black Unity Sport Band is also available separately on the web for 49 Euros. Apple has explained that the watch will only be available in February. While the strap will remain available throughout the year.

The limited edition of it is complemented by the new “Unity” watch face available with the latest update in watchOS 7.3, also based on the same colors as the Pan-African flag. With this initiative, Apple wants to support organizations dedicated to promoting racial equity and justice in the United States and worldwide.

Music programming on Apple Music’s search, genre. Radio pages will highlight various performances centered around the themes of measure, black love, celebration, and peace. Apple is launching an unusual edition  Black Unity Weaved Solo Loop and matching Unity Lights watch inspired by Afrofuturism. This philosophy explores the black experience through a narrative of science, technology, and empowerment.
